SY89430VJZ-TR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As part of the 28-LCC (J-Lead) package, this clock generator is embedded. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 950MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3.135V~5.25V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to 0°C~75°C. This is a clock generator compatible with PECL logic levels. It is possible to classify this electronic component as a Frequency Synthesizer. SY89430 is the base part number for finding related electronic parts.
