SY89532LHZ Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 64-TQFP Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Crystal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 500MHz. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3V~3.6V. The temperature should be set at 0°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. It's compatible with LVPECL logic levels.
