SY89538LHY Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 64-TQFP Exposed Pad package. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, HSTL, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. There is a maximum frequency of 756MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There are 2.375V~3.6V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. LVDS, LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
