SY89538LHY-TR Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-TQFP Exposed Pad package. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, HSTL, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL, Crystal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. It provides a maximum frequency of 756MHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There should be 2.375V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output. It has been classified as a Clock Synthesizer/Fanout Buffer electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor. SY89538 is the base part number for finding related electronic parts. The operating temperature should be higher than -40°C. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 85°C.
