SY89872UMG-TR Overview
The clock divider is available in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, 16-MLF? case. There is a case available for the circuit clock in Tape & Reel (TR). In normal operation, 2GHz is the maximum value. There are 16 terminations in it. Supply voltages of 2.5V are capable of achieving high efficiency. If this is the case, it will be mounted as Surface Mount.
