TC1427EPAG Overview
For greater flexibility, its 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is used.Tube is the packaging method.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Through Hole.By using 4.5V~16V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.Temperature range -40°C~85°C TA is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number TC1427.Devices are mounted by Through Hole.When designing, the device is configured with 8 pins.In terms of its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.A maximum operating temperature of 85°C is permissible.The allowable minimum value of operating temperature is -40°C.Considering its maximum power dissipation, 730mW shows its maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.For operation, the supply voltage of 16V is the maximum value.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 4.5V.
