It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR type. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~70°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. DC-DC switching regulators reach 120kHz switching frequencies. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 1.5V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to -Vin 2Vin. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 20mA output current of voltage regulator. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 5V is provided. There is a subcategory of this regulator voltage called Other Analog ICs.
