TC7660HEPA Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 8 terminations. A SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Through Hole mounting bracket. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 120kHz. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -Vin 2Vin. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 5V is provided. There is a subcategory of this regulator voltage called Other Analog ICs.
