There is a 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) case in which the instrumentation amplifier is packaged. General Purpose-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. The op amp is delivered to you in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. It is estimated that there will be 16 terminations in the next few months. The total number of pins on linear amplifier is 16.
