TL5001CDRG4 Overview
The switching controller fits in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. DC control operates at 3.6V~40V volts and has 3.6V~40V supply voltage. Suitable for work in a -20°C~85°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 20kHz~500kHz position.
