TLE9832QV Overview
This is an excellent choice for Automotive due to its outstanding performance.Due to the benefits of saving space, it is available in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.Application Specific Microcontroller is mounted using the way of Surface Mount.Tape & Reel (TR) is the package that contains it.Devices with XC800 core processors are available.Working at -40°C~150°C TJ temperature is recommended.There is FLASH (36kB) program memory in it.This is due to the fact that the supply voltage is zero, resulting in high efficiency.As far as data storage is concerned, FLASH is used as the memory type.Application Specific Microcontroller has uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC - MICROCONTROLLER.The structure is constructed from 48 pins.In order to store data and programs, the devices have a memory size of 36kB.The architecture of its core is 8051.5 timer/counters are present.Microcontroller operates at a maximum frequency of 40MHz.The number of programmable inputs and outputs is 11.
