As you can see, this power management is mounted through 8 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. There are a total of 3 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. To assist you, this PMIC includes 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3.3V. IC management is possible to find a succession of 3 voltages that have been checked. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, the power management has 8 pins in it. There are 8 pins on the supervisor. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 2V volts. There should be no more than 6V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. There is a supply current of 40μA for the power management. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using TPS3307, the base power ics number. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 40μA. Supervisors from the well-known Automotive, AEC-Q100 series product line are featured in this PMIC.
