TPS3307-25DGNR Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 8 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Power management is packaged in a Cut Tape (CT) way. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 3 channels. To assist you, this PMIC includes 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 3.3V volt supply. When 3 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. 8 pins are present in total in this power management. 8 pins are on the supervisor. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 2V. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. There is a supply current of 15μA for the power management. You can always use TPS3307, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 40μA.
