TPS3820-50DBVR Overview
Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. When 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 5. Power managment ic pin count is 5. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1.1V for this IC power. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 15μA is the recommended value. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using TPS3820, the base power ics number. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 25μA.
