TPS3896PDRYT Overview
This power management consists of 6 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. To assist you, this PMIC includes 6-UFDFN functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. IC management conducts in a 3.3V-voltage supply. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. It has a total of 6 pins that are attached to IC management. There are 6 pins on the power managment ic. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1.7V. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 6.5V volts in this PMIC. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TJ. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 6μA. You can always use TPS3896, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
