A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package for the purpose of space saving. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. 350kHz 550kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
