It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 10 terminations were made. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 500kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 0.8V as an input voltage. Featuring a 390mA Switch output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility.
