TPS650240RHBT Overview
It is appropriate for the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. IC POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT is the system battery's analog IC. It is possible to access 2 channels. Currently, there are 32 pins on it. The case is labeled Tape & Reel (TR). There is a space in between this electrical part and Surface Mount. The Power Management functions can be delivered by it. A temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA is optimal for the electric part to deliver its performance. Chemistries for this electrical part are Lithium Ion/Polymer. Always keep this transceiver ic set to 3.6V. TPS650240 is the family underlying it. As soon as Vsup reaches 6V, the maximal supply voltage is reached. There must be 2.5mA more than 2.5mA current available from the supply (Isup). This power management IC's operating supply voltage is specified as being in the range of 6V. A chip input voltage of 6V can be used to power it. If the input voltage is below 2.5V, the manage IC is suitable for use. 1.6A is the maximum current that can be supplied to the battery management IC. Voltage supply is 85μA volts.
