UC3854ADWTRG4 Overview
Currently, it is available as a 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.The package is designed in the Tape & Reel (TR) shape.There is a Surface Mount mounting type for the device.It should be powered by 10V~20V's voltage supply.0°C~70°C is the operating frequency of the device.Other IC types exist, such as POWER FACTOR CONTROLLER.There are a number of 16 terminals on the gadget.It is currently set to 250μA at startup.Pin 16 remains the component's pin number.I think the best thing about this device is that there is a number of UC3854 in it.The pins on it are arranged in a 16-shape.With a minimum input voltage of 10V, it is capable of functioning.In a way, it can be considered as a subclass of Switching Regulator or Controllers.The maximum input voltage (Max) of the circuit is 20V.With a frequency of 200kHz, it can continue to operate accurately.The maximum output current it can deliver is 1.5AThe component is always powered by a 18V volt supply.There must be no more than 12mA amps in a supply, if isup is the maximum supply current.Operation is possible with the 7.5V output.
