There is a neat 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package that is used in this program.Tube external packaging.0°C~70°C license holder.This device can be programmed using the OTP language.FPGA is powered by a voltage which is 3V~3.6V volts, and this voltage is the voltage from which the generator is powered.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount position for this device.The size of data storage is limited to 65kb.The supply voltage is 3.3V.8 terminations with different functions.A maximum voltage of 3.6V can be applied to this memory device.3V is the minimum voltage required to supply the device.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip like this is used for data storage.In reflow soldering procedure, the temperature should be controlled to no higher than 225.This memory transmit data in the SERIAL process way.Parts come with 8 pins.Memory features USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS to better serve the need.
