There is a neat 20-LCC (J-Lead) package that is used in this program.Packaging for the external environment.An individual who is qualified to operate within the 0°C~70°C domain.FPGA is programmable through OTP.The voltage fed to it is 3V~3.6V.This memory device is mounted in Surface Mount.Search "XC17V02" for related parts.The supply voltage of the device must be 3.3V in order to operate correctly.Different functions are associated with 20 terminations.There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V that can be applied to this memory device.To supply the device, a minimum voltage of 3V is a must.Using the CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip, we can store data.FPGA is recommended that the reflow soldering temperature be maintained at no more than 225 during the process.In this case, it has 20 pins.Data is transmitted in this memory using a SERIAL process.For the memory chip to operate, it requires a voltage not exceeding 0.015mA.Parts come with 20 pins set.Taking the speed of the IC into consideration, this is a memory IC that can work at a frequency of 15MHz.The memory's I/O is configured to be COMMON in terms of its configuration.3.3V recommends that users apply 3.3V to the part before using it in a circuit so it can run safely and reliably.
