XC7VX690T-2FFG1926C Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 1924-BBGA, FCBGA package and X package. In this kind of FPGA, FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is used. The device has 720 I/O ports for more coherent data transfer. A fundamental building block consists of 693120 logic elements/cells. In order to operate fpga chips, a voltage supply of 1V volts is required. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGAs includes this part. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. A supply voltage of 0.97V~1.03V is needed in order for fpga chips to operate. There are many types of FPGAs in the Virtex?-7 XT series, this is one of them. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of 0°C~85°C TJ. There are 720 outputs incorporated in this device. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tray. In total, there are a total of 1926 terminations on fpga chips.
