ZL30244LFF7 Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 64-VFLGA package is this Clock PLL. CMOS, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. There are 2 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. An upper frequency limit of 1.035GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~1.89V 3.135V~3.465V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CML, CMOS logic. It has been classified as a Clock Multiplier, Frequency Synthesizer electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor.
