As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. Clock PLL is embedded in the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. LVCMOS, LVTTL, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. There is a maximum frequency of 500MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3.135V~3.465V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
