621MILFT Overview
The clock divider is packaged in a SOIC case. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. For normal operation, 200MHz is the maximum value. There are 8 terminations in it. It is possible to achieve high efficiency with a 1.2V supply voltage. This item is positioned in the way of Surface Mount. It has a number of pins of 8. It is operated by using 8 pins. A minimum working temperature of -40°C is required to maintain its reliability. 85°C is the maximum operating temperature required for stable operation. The buffer IC belongs to the 621 family. There is a default setting of output 4. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, it can handle up to a maximum of 1.89VV. With a voltage supply of 1.14V, this cut smart buffer can operate as low as possible. Maintaining a 1.8V supply voltage ensures maximum efficiency.
