For the purpose of saving board space, digital switch is included in the 6-XFDFN.Tape & Reel (TR) represents its packaging.For mounting, digital switch ic uses the method Surface Mount.The analog IC in the multiplexers is identified as Multiplexer.When the operating temperature is kept at -40°C~85°C, the machine will not be sensturn signal switchive to external influences.With a supply voltage of 0.7V~2.75V, designers have greater flexibility of digital controlled switch.Multiplexers in the 74AXP series are suitable for a wide range of applications.There is a supply type of Single employed as part of this supply.A total of 6 pins are configured on this board.The mounting point is Surface Mount.There are no external influences on this multiplexer ic, so it consumes 10nA current.This signal switching operates at a resistance of 10kOhm.Signal switch operation at 85°C temperature is acceptable.In order to maintain a minimal operating temperature of the multiplexer, it should be set at -40°C.It is specified that the signal switches should operate at 2.75V as its maximum supply voltage.Device specifications require that the digital swith operate at a minimum supply voltage of 700mV.
