The package is in the form of QSOP. D latch consists of 1 elements. In 20terminations, a transmission line is terminated with a JK flip flop that matches its characteristic impedance. A voltage of 5V is used as the power supply for this D latch. It is a member of the FCTfamily of D flip flop. Electronic part Surface Mountis mounted in the way. 20pins are included in its design. In this device, the clock edge trigger type is Positive Edge. This part is included in FF/Latches. There are 8bits in its design. Considering the reliability of this T flip flop, it is well suited for TAPE AND REEL. The system runs on a power supply of 5V watts. A total of 2ports are embedded in the D flip flop. The supply voltage should be maintained at 5V for high efficiency. This D latch consumes 1mA quiescent current at all. As an additional reference, you may refer to electronic flip flop BROADSIDE VERSION OF 374. The high level output current is set to -15mA. In the low level output current setting, the current is set to 48mA. If the operating temperature is lower than 85°C, it is recommended. Ideally, the operating temperature should be higher than -40°C. The system operates with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. In this case, it supports a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V. It adopts a logic IC of type BUS DRIVER. The T flip flop is equipped with 1functions . It is equipped with 20 pin count.
