The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. NAND Gate logic governs its operation. The part must have a voltage of 1V~5.5V in order to function properly. Temperatures around -40°C~125°C are extended for operation. There is a hole in Through Hole for mounting the part.
