20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm)is the packaging method. You can find it in the Tubepackage. As configured, the output uses Tri-State, Non-Inverted. This trigger is configured to use Positive Edge. Through Holeis occupied by this electronic component. A 2V~5.5Vsupply voltage is required for it to operate. It is at -40°C~85°C TAdegrees Celsius that the system is operating. This logic flip flop is classified as type D-Type. The 74VHCseries comprises this type of FPGA. A frequency of 115MHzshould be the maximum output frequency. D latch consists of 1 elements. As a result, it consumes 4μA quiescent current. 20terminations have occurred. A voltage of 3.3V is used as the power supply for this D latch. Its input capacitance is 4pF farads. The electronic device belongs to the AHC/VHCfamily. As soon as Vsup reaches 5.5V, the maximum supply voltage is reached. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2V for normal operation. The D flip flop has no ports embedded.
