821054PQF Overview
Space-saving reasons have led to it being packaged in a PQFP package. There are 64 terminations used to prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line. It is a kind of 64-pin electronic device. It has a configuration of 64 pins. Using the Surface Mount technology, it is mounted to a PCB. Supply voltage should never exceed 5.25V.
