8402015AKILF Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. In this case, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 125MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.135V~3.465V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVTTL is designed for clock generator's output.
