It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. 16-TFLGA Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. There is a Clock PLL called HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. It provides a maximum frequency of 325MHz. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. There are 1.71V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics.
