A3P250-FG144I Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 144-LBGA package and X package. There are FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY transistors in this type of FPGA. A total of 97 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 1.5V volts needs to be provided. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. In order to operate it, it requires a voltage supply of 1.425V~1.575V . As part of the ProASIC3 series of FPGAs, it is a type of FPGA. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~100°C TJ range. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tray for the purpose of saving space. Total terminations are 144. This device is equipped with 36864 RAM bits in terms of its RAM si36864e.
