AD5693RARMZ Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package and X package. Power is provided by a 3V-volt supply. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. This is a type of FPGA that is part of the nanoDAC+? series of FPGAs. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of -40°C~105°C when operating the machine. This FPGA model is contained in Tube for space saving. In total, the terminations of this piece are 10. In order to find related parts, you can use its base part number AD5693. The device is designed with 10 pins in total.
