AD8604ARQZ-RL Overview
There is a 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. It is estimated that there will be 16 terminations in the next few months. Linear amplifier has a total of 16 pins. The linear amplifier should be run at 3V at all times, so please keep that in mind when using it. It should be noted that this op amp is a type of Operational Amplifier device. The op amp ic has an array of 16 pins on it. Op amp rates 600μV as input offset voltage. For this electronic part, it is recommended that you mount it with type Surface Mount. Regarding the operating temperature of this device, instrumentation amplifier performs well at a temperature of -40°C~125°C .
