AD9901KPZ Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 20-LCC (J-Lead) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are a total of 20 terminations in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 5V. In this clock generator, CMOS, ECL, TTL is used as the input to the clock. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Approximately 5.25V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. A maximum voltage of 4.75V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 5V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of 0°C~70°C should be set. CMOS, ECL, TTL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. This is an electronic part that can be classified as a Digital Phase/Frequency Discriminator in this case. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. According to the base part number AD9901, its related parts can be found. The frequency generator is equipped with 20 pins. As a result, it is commonly classified as a type of PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits clock PLL. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT -5.2 V SUPPLY features better clock signal output. At a frequency of 200MHz, frequency generator is capable of achieving high efficiency. For the RF synthesizer to function properly, a supply current of 54mA must be provided. When this RF synthesizer is operated at its maximum current, it will supply 54mA.
