Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP case. Op amps are Voltage Feedback types of amplifier on the chip. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. A total of 8 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. A total of 8 pins are located on this board. I would like to remind you that this buffer op amp should be powered by an 5V battery. To be specific, this instrumentation amplifier is a type of Operational Amplifier.
