ADF4112BRU Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 240 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by CMOS, TTL as its input. It provides a maximum frequency of 3GHz. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.7V for normal operation. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.7V~5.5V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. Clock is designed for clock generator's output. This electronic component is usually classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF) component. Clock PLL is equipped with 16 pin count. According to the base part number, its related parts can be founded. It is possible to connect to the PLL via 16 pins. The supply voltage should be maintained at 5V for high efficiency. This clock generator can be classified as a kind of PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits in general. 6-BIT SWALLOW COUNTER can also be founded when using frequency generators. 1 signal outputs maximi1e the output frequency. This time clock generator requires a supply current of 6.5mA in order to operate properly. This electronic frequency generator should not be supplied with more than 4mA of current.
