ADF4154BRUZ-RL Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). This clock generator is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3V is required. This Clock PLL will be fed by CMOS, TTL as its input. There is a maximum frequency of 4GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator.
