ADF5356BCPZ-RL7 Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. There are a total of 32 terminations in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An upper frequency limit of 13.6GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There is a maximum voltage of 3.45V for this clock generator. Clock generator ic works with 3.15V~3.45V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. An IC that generates clocks specifically for microprocessors, this clock PLL is 32-bits in si32e. PLL is designed with 32 pins. It can be classified as a PLL FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZER-clock PLL because it is an analog IC.
