ADG513BRZ-REEL Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA extended. In total, there have been 16 terminations. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 4 channels. In the case of a voltage supply of 5V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. It is part of the design of the 16 series that this electronic component is included. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NO/NC switching circuits. ADG513 can be used to search for analog multiplexer variants. A 30Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. Datasheets for functions of 16 pins are available. The analog multiplexer shown here is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. An abnormal situation would be for the switch device to be supplied with a voltage greater than 5.5V. Analogue multiplexers of the Dual, Single supply type that are cost-effective. 4.5V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. The analogue multiplexer could operate on 100pA current. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 1μA. For this switch, a dual supply voltage is feasible, but it must not exceed 5.5VWhen using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 4.5V. Operating voltages of 5V are compatible with the electrical part.
