ADG701LBRTZ-REEL7 Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in SOT-23-6. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, there have been 6 terminations. This electronic part offers high-quality output due to its 1 channels. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 3V voltage supply. A total of 6 pins are injected into the electrical part body. Multiplexers built on a SPST - NO switching circuit are built. Search with ADG701 if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 3Ohm. Datasheets for functions of 6 pins are available. There is Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer like this in the world. Users shouldn't supply more than 5.5V voltage to the switch device. There should be 1.8V voltage fed to the electrical part below 1.8V. Draining from a single voltage supply, this analog switch requires a voltage of 1.8V~5V. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 1μA, damage can occur. There are various bandwidths available for data transfer. A Drain to Source resistance of 3Ohm is shown for this electronic part.
