ADM1293-1BARUZ Overview
I have packed this in Tube. This package has the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) extension. A Single Phase meter can be used with it as well. Surface Mount is one of the available options. Optimal operation is achieved at -40°C~105°C at a higher temperature. 2.95V~20V power supply is used to power it. More similar parts can be found by searching ADM1293. Its low-level I/O has a voltage of 0.4V 0.8V 1.5V. This device displays a voltage of 1.1V for high-level I/Os. Parts of the part are terminated with 14 wires. The PMIC analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC is a powerful and versatile device. The device requires a voltage of 2.95V or higher to operate. The maximum voltage that goes to the device should be keep under 20V. Joined 14 pins make up the frame. Logic gate applications are made possible by this 14 solution.
