In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. Manage ics operate at 5V supply voltages. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. It has a total of 8 pins that are attached to IC management. 8 pins make up the power management. The voltage supervisor requires a power source of 5V volts in order to work correctly. A maximum supply temperature of 350μA can be used.
