ADM809LART-REEL7 Overview
This power management consists of 3 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 240 is specified for the package. A supply voltage of 5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. There are a total of 3 pins on power management. There are 3 pins on the supervisor. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1V volts. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. For this power management, there is an 60μA volt supply current. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to ADM809, the base PMIC number. It is necessary to have 5V volts of power in order for this voltage supervisor to operate. At most, voltage supervisor can operate at a supply temperature of 60μA. On the power management, there are a total of 1 inputs that are monitored.
