ADP2108ACBZ-1.5-R7 Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 5 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 5-WFBGA, WLCSP package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 3MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.3V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.6V as the nominal input voltage.
