There is a package 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad available.ADCs/DACs is available in package Tape & Reel (TR).The recommended working temperature is -40°C~85°C TA in order to maintain normal operation.This outstanding ADC, MIC-AMP allows you to get what you paid.Using Surface Mount will save you more space.For this unit, if your meter does not read 1.7V~3.6V 1.65V~3.6V for the supply voltage, you will need to redo the circuit.Using 4 channels, this unit efficiently performs complex tasks.
