AP1538SG-13 Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -20°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 300kHz. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 12V. This voltage regulator is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. DC/DC regulators of this type are part of the AP1538 family of voltage regulator 12vs. A voltage of 18V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 8 pins are required. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 800mV volts. Voltage regulator's maximal output current reaches 3A A to meet the operation requirements. There is a maximum output voltage of 18V from this voltage regulator 12v.
