AT40K40AL-1BQU Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 144-LQFP package and X package. In this kind of FPGA, FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is used. There are 114 I/Os for better data transfer. Logic blocks consist of 2304 logic elements/cells. An electrical supply voltage of 3.3V powers it. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. This device is powered by a 3V~3.6V battery. There are many types of FPGAs in the AT40KAL series, this is one of them. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the 0°C~70°C TC range at all times when the unit is in use. This FPGA model is contained in Tray for space saving.
