It is acceptable to ship in the direction of Tray .Packing in 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad makes transportation convenient.For ease of adaptability, Surface Mount is an universal mounting method.The power management is targeted at USB, Peripherals and other applications.The operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~85°C to avoid mal-function.As a result, this power management is powered by 1.55V~3.6V voltage.Getting more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions can be found by searching AT73C260 .In order to mount the integrated power supplies on PCBs or other boards, it has a Surface Mount .Voltage 2mA is required to operate this power management ic.It is recommended that the power ic receives its supply current at 2mA .It is not recommended to maintain a temperature above 85°C .It will not be able to function at temperatures below -40°C .
